Mummy Fit classes are designed by mums for mums offering you
the opportunity if needed to bring along the little ones. A fun
and energetic class that combines a 45 minute workout which utilizes
a variety of exercises and caters to all fitness levels. Workout
in the beautiful outdoors at Burleigh Heads, soak up the elements
while increasing fitness, improving strength and meeting other
mums while you do it.

Fit Camp
Get fit at the best camp around. A one hour long session, this
high intensity boot camp is guaranteed to get you in the best
shape of your life. Our Fit Camp trainers are passionate about
exercise and are looking to give you the best exercise drills
to give you a different workout at every session.

Looking for a little less intensity? Or wanting to check out
the sights of Burleigh with a local. Come join our walking group
and explore the best of Burleigh Heads while doing some low slow

Gentle Pilates
Gentle Pilates is a great place to start your Pilates journey.
In this 45 minute mat class you will learn the Pilates breathing
method, how to effectively connect with your deep core muscles,
increase strength, flexibility, and stability, with an element
of relaxation. Suitable for beginners, post natal, and rehabilitation.

Fit Pilates
If an Ab's and glute burn is what your after then fit Pilates
is for you - Specifically designed for athletic and advanced levels
or anyone who loves to challenge themselves with an intense strength
and conditioning workout. Class duration is 45 minutes on the
mat with some small apparatus incorporated.

Box Fit
Our 45min Box Fit classes will get the endorphins pumping, improve
your cardio and create muscle tone. Combining punching and kicking
drills, bodyweight exercises and cardio drills you will be feeling
